Redeeming Creative Kids vouchers with Peony Story is a simple and straightforward process. The first step is to browse through our available classes. Once you have found the class (with packs) that you want to redeem your voucher for, select the preferred date & time to proceed to the checkout page.
At the checkout, you will be prompted to enter your Creative Kids voucher code, your kid's date of birth and their full names. You will be charged the full amount at checkout. Once the booking is gone through, you will receive a confirmation email and we will redeem the voucher with Service NSW website within a few hours. Once we redeem the voucher, we will trigger the refund process and the money will be refunded back to your original payment method.
